These terms govern use of the public LAGNAF™ Network LLC website. Program participation, implementation services, compensation, purchases, confidentiality and access may be governed by separate signed agreements. If a signed agreement conflicts with these public terms, the signed agreement controls for that relationship.

Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful information, consideration requests and approved account or reference-code access. You may not probe, disrupt or bypass access controls; submit false identity or referral information; impersonate another person; scrape protected information; or use LAGNAF content, marks or systems without authorization.

Private access

A UIN, .card route, QR link or reference code authorizes only the role and destination assigned to it. It does not transfer ownership, founder authority, credentials, intellectual property, territory or access to other participants’ information. Access may be logged, limited, suspended or revoked for security, noncompliance or the end of an authorized relationship.

Programs and compensation

Submitting a form does not create acceptance, employment, agency, partnership, a franchise, an investment or a right to compensation. Brand Ambassador compensation, if any, requires an approved agreement, valid permission-based attribution, good standing and eligible collected funds after applicable waiting, refund and chargeback periods.

Purchases and third parties

Specific purchase, implementation, refund and continuation terms are presented in the controlling offer and agreement. Third-party services—including CRM, payment processors, hosting, communications, financing and digital identity providers—are also governed by their own terms.

Intellectual property

LAGNAF™, Apollo and related names, systems, publications, designs and materials are owned by or licensed to LAGNAF Network LLC. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the website for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers and liability

The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LAGNAF disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from public-site use. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
