LAGNAF™ Network LLC respects the privacy of people who visit its websites, request consideration or participate in an approved program. This policy describes the information collected through this website and the purposes for which it may be used.

Information collected

We may collect contact information, role and business information, referral or source codes, form responses, consent choices, technical logs and communications you submit. Approved participants may also be assigned a unique identification number (UIN) and relationship-routing metadata. Do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, full banking details or other highly sensitive information through public forms.

How information is used

Information may be used to review requests, route people to the correct program, preserve authorized referral attribution, administer agreements, maintain security, communicate about a request and improve network operations.

Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, customer relationship management, forms, analytics, communications, payments and security. The current website uses HubSpot for CRM, forms and related routing. Providers process information under their own terms and applicable agreements.

Cookies and analytics

The website may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to preserve source or referral routing, maintain a session, prevent abuse and understand site use. Browser settings may limit these technologies, although some functionality may then be unavailable.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information.
