Commission Structure:

Lease-to-Own (qualified $50,000+)*:

*For any lease-to-own asset exceeding $50,000, **Lagnaf** network™ will provide one fully designed and fully automated website at no cost to the client. Estimated setup time is approximately three (3) weeks.

3% commission on received and verified monthly payments (recurring income).
1% of the verified final payoff amount paid as a lump sum upon full payoff.

Direct Purchase (Non-Lease Transactions):
15% commission on eligible purchases paid in full.

Dual Compensation Eligibility:
Affiliates may qualify for both compensation structures only if a program exceeding $50,000 is purchased under the lease-to-own model and an additional bundle is purchased outright. In that case, the affiliate will receive 3% recurring plus 1% final payoff on the lease-to-own program, and 15% commission on the additional outright purchase.

Grace Period Impact:
Affiliate commissions apply only to payments successfully received within the contractual payment schedule.

Referral Window:
Valid for 90 days from referral registration.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by Wyoming law.
